About Client:
KraftSync Infomedia Pvt Ltd. is a Hyderabad based firm, who have recently expanded its horizons by deploy an online advertising platform for business associated with the real estate sector in India. They are building a dedicated website which is the medium through which they proposed to reach innumerable clients. To market their website and to get contacts from local Real Estate industry to advertise on their website, they needed an initial database, which they could target for promoting the website.
The Challenge:
Local market of Real estate industry is an unorganized sector since most of the agents work out of their homes. We needed 10,000 contacts of agents and builders who would be ready to put there featured, premium and sponsored advertisements as well as use this website as a platform to sell their properties.
The marketing of the website was to be done through 3 different methods:
o Email Broadcasts
o Bulk SMS
o Tele Calling
Thus, our researchers had to make sure that they extract email id, mobile no and telephone number for each of the contact being researched.
The Solution:
We targeted major Real Estate websites in the local market and extracted the detailed information of name, addresses, email id, mobile numbers and the phone numbers of all agents and builders listed in it to be categorized by there location (state & city).
The Result:
We extracted all required details and compiled a large data base to the tune of about 10,000 records of agents, developers and builders in Real Estate sector in India. This will be used by the company for bulk mailing and email broadcasts, which will be a support to the marketing drive.
